This nutrition program is designed to help you loose up to 10 lbs. the first week. The first week is a detoxification from carbohydrates. No dairy and fruit allowed this week. Eat until satisfied! As soon as you get up – take 1 EFA – 2 KLB-5 – 2 Trim away

EggsBreakfast

  • 8oz. Protein Drink + 2 tablespoons of chai seeds.
  • 4 egg whites or 1 cup of egg beaters and turkey bacon or turkey sausage
  • Coffee or tee with artificial sweetener

Mid-Morning Snack

  • 8oz. Protein Drink + 1 tablespoon of chai seeds.
  • 1 cup chicken breast or 1 protein bar (optional)

½ hour before lunch take 2 KLB-5

Lunch

  • Large tossed green salad with light salad dressing (approximately 3 or 4 cups of salad )
  • Unlimited amount of tuna (2-4 cans or until satisfied)

Mid-Afternoon Snack

  • 8oz. Protein Drink + 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

½ Hour before dinner 2 KLB-5

  • 8oz. of Protein Drink + 1 tablespoon of chai seeds
  • Unlimited amount of tilapia (fish) cooked in olive oil/butter spray (or chicken breast)

Take one multivitamin

Evening Snack (Optional – still hungry)

  • Raw, green vegetables dipped in light salad dressing

Note: this week you`ll give your body a lot of protein! You may use olive oil or batter spray to prepare you foods. Use oil and vinegar or light vinaigrette on your salads. When you have completed this 7day internal detoxification, you should feel energized and have fewer cravings for the food that tend to cause weight gain and water retention.  Before beginning any diet program, if you have any issues or concerns about your physical condition or your dietary requirements, we suggest that you consult  your personal physician.
